Jaise ki maine video me bataya hai step by step hindi tutorial jisse ki agar kisiko samjh nahi aaya to yha padh ke editing kar sakte ho to isme kuch hi steps follow karne ki jarurat hai chalo dekhte hain.

• CUTOUT TOOL- In picsart click on CUTOUT and select area using brush and click on done button save image to png format

Iske baad apne background me hame image ko add karna hai jisko cutout tool me erase kiye the and ye sticker tool me milega..

Now add hair png and add some whiteness in image and go to draw tool select brush and create a vintage effect after that create a new layer and select brush tool and create shadow..
